Late payments may incur additional fees and could result in service suspension until payment is received. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in the Service Agreement.
You agree to provide necessary information, access, and support required for us to complete the Services. You are responsible for ensuring that all content, data, and materials you provide are legal, non-infringing, and free from viruses or malicious code.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of the Services. Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except where disclosure is required by law.
All intellectual property created during the provision of Services shall remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received. Upon receipt of final payment, intellectual property rights will be transferred as agreed in the applicable Service Agreement, subject to any exceptions noted therein.
